The Bayehon is a stream flowing in the province of Liège in Belgium, a tributary of the Warche.

It rises in the High Fens around the Signal of Botrange and joins the Warche on the right bank somewhat downstream from Reinhardstein Castle near Robertville.

The creek is known for its waterfall, which is the second largest in Belgium after that of Coo. The valley is also home to many "Pouhons". A pouhon is a naturally aerated ferruginous mineral spring. The people of the city of Spa have shaped the city's reputation. These special biotopes are usually colonized by iron bacteria.

The Pouhons rise in various valleys of the Haute Ardenne. They are mainly found near the Hautes Fagnes plateau

The most famous Pouhon is located in the center of the city of Spa: the Pierre le Grand Pouhon. It refers to that Tsar's stay in Spa in 1717.

"Pouhon" is a Walloon term ("poujhon", pronounced "poûhon" in eastern Wallonia, "poûjon" in the west and south), derived from the verb "poujhî" ("poûhî", "poûjî") French "to draw", i.e. "the place where one draws (water)". An old spelling of the word is "pouxhon". The "x" before the "h" is used to indicate a puffed "h", i.e. pronounced with a strong flow, this "x" was written as a "note" lower than the "h" it must not be pronounced, this spelling found in many place names in Wallonia: xHoffrai.
