Birdwatching Hide Webbekoms Broek

This bird hide is located near the highway entrance and exit in Halen and the beginning / end of the path to / from Webbekom. It overlooks the wetlands and puddles along a smaller and inaccessible path that starts at a stretch at the Webbekomsbroek where the Konik horses often stand but you are not allowed to pass. The Grote Leigracht connects to it and the Demer is nearby. Sometimes it looks dry and it is drier, but that is compensated in spring and summer by a wealth of colorful flowers and plants. A nice place to rest also with the benches. You also have a view of one of the stork poles in the area.

I think that a lot of hikers will deviate from their hiking route for a while to take a closer look at this hut. It is in any case an original construction.
