St. Cäcilia is the Catholic parish church of Harsum in the district of Hildesheim in Lower Saxony. The neo-Romanesque basilica of 1886 is significant for its extent, stylistic unity and original features. In the lowlands of the Hildesheim Börde, it is visible from afar and is also popularly known as Harsumer Dom. Her eponymous parish belongs to the deanery Borsum-Sarstedt in the diocese of Hildesheim
