Brick church from the beginning of the 15th century. Free-standing wooden bell tower from 1695 with an eight-sided steep slate-roofed helmet. Inside, most of the furnishings date from 1772 with a painted wooden ceiling. Late baroque pulpit altar. Baptismal font from the 14th century

Road cycling

The parish was first mentioned in 1221. The first church stood on the Hahnöfersand. Destroyed by storm surges, the church was moved to the mainland in the 14th century. In the years 1380 and 1393, storm surges also destroyed this second church. A new building was then erected at the current location.
