Cycle path past Alt-Lübeck

From Bad Schwartau to Dänischburg (or vice versa) without a road. Relaxed transfer route that can be made even more exciting with detours to the Trave or to Alt-Lübeck. The route follows the course of the Trave. Even if it does not lead directly along the bank, there are always beautiful views and also some opportunities to take a detour to the bank. The route is part of the "Alte Salzstraße" long-distance cycle route, which leads from Lüneburg to Lübeck-Travemünde. This part of the route is easy to cycle - even after continuous rain there are no puddles worth mentioning! (This does not apply to a detour to the peninsula between the mouth of the Schwartau and the old arm of the Trave, on which Alt-Lübeck stood).

New experience: at Travehochwasser the way can ever be flooded. Looks idyllic, but is no longer passable. Then avoid it!
