There are good opportunities for a dip in the cool water here. Føns Strand is a child-friendly beach. The water is shallow with a sandy bottom, but it gets deeper without having to go too far out. You can also jump into the waves from the jetty.

Here are good opportunities for a ride in the wave blue. Føns Strand is a lovely, child-friendly beach. There is shallow water and a sandy bottom, but it gets deeper without having to walk several kilometers. You can jump in the waves from the jetty in the middle of the beach. A wonderful beach meadow area with table and bench set. There is parking right by the beach, ice house, toilets and an outdoor faucet with shower.
