The historic gantry crane dates back to 1928 and is considered a landmark of Schwentinental. It was completely restored in July 2021. Due to its local historical significance for Schwentinental, the gantry crane is to be preserved and preserved for future generations in the Schwentinental municipal area as the last remaining industrial relic.
