The Jungholz parish church was built in 1714 and expanded between 1739 and 1743. In 1781, the church was decorated with a ceiling fresco depicting Mary as the Giver of Grace. In 1788, the church was solemnly consecrated in honor of Mary by Prince-Bishop Clemens Wenzeslaus of Augsburg. A new organ was purchased in 1970. The church was renovated in 1994/95 and is now complete.
