The lake is 931 meters above sea level. With around 18 hectares of water, it is the largest high mountain lake in the Allgäu. The maximum water depth of the lake is about 25 meters. In summer, young and old can look forward to water temperatures of up to 25 °C in Germany's southernmost natural pool. In winter you can expect an idyllic winter landscape that lets you forget everyday life.
