Tips

  • Ulm is one of the most important places that you pass on the Danube Cycle Path. Incidentally, the Ulm Minster is a church of superlatives as the largest Protestant church in Germany, which has the highest church tower in the world with a tower that is around 161 meters high.

  • Ulm is a beautiful city with many sights. In the city center is the imposing Ulm Minster, a centuries-old church in the Gothic style. Its church tower offers a view of the city and on a clear day you can even see the Alps. The town hall is notable for its early Renaissance facade, its frescoes and its 16th-century astronomical clock. The narrow streets of the Fischerviertel, a district on the Danube, are characterized by half-timbered houses.

  • A worthwhile destination on the tour. An impressive little town, with many historic, impressive buildings. The small streets in the fishing district should not be missed. Great!
