After 1945, owned by the State Treasury, it was used by the PGR for offices and employee apartments. In the years 1977-87, the palace was renovated. Currently in the hands of the University of Szczecin. In the years 2005-2007, it was adapted for the needs of the Environmental Education Center of the University of Szczecin.
