Tips
At the top of the Bürgstädter Berg, the remains of a huge rampart can be seen in many places. Excavations have shown that the wall dates from the late Bronze Age. At this point you can view a reconstructed stone gate with palisades to get a feel for the once mighty wall.

The Bürgerstadter Bergringwall and the attachment of the Greinberg, 4km west, have an area of approximately 40.3 ha. It is one of the largest facilities in Main Franconia.
