Heinrich Haack was most likely the initiator of the construction of the manor house in Czernice. The construction dates back to 1913. The manor is a single-story building with an attic with an area of 900 m2. The structure of the manor house is fragmented and you can see neo-Romanesque, neo-baroque and neoclassical elements in it. The manor house is built of red brick and covered with a mansard roof. On the façade of the building we can see stone bas-reliefs made of sandstone and two-story avant-corps. Two towers stand out in the building's shape - one is four-sided and covered with a hipped roof, the other is lower, oval and covered with a conical dome.
Around the manor there are single-story, brick farm buildings from the early 20th century. Among the most interesting objects in the area is the cemetery. It is located on a steep hill north of Czernice. In the central part of the cemetery there is the tomb of the Haack family - the former owners of the estate.
