Continuing the path that leads from the hermitage to the summit, you reach a large iron cross built in 1955 by Comm. Adinolfi of Salerno. The structure is very unique since it has a trapezoidal section to allow easy viewing from the three neighboring municipalities: Salerno, Cava de 'Tirreni and Vietri sul Mare.
