The castle Buffavento (from the Italian buffa di vento - gust of wind) is the ruin of a medieval summit castle in the Pentadaktylos Mountains. The castle itself can only be reached on foot from the small parking lot via a rocky path - so nothing for racing bike shoes!
Attention! - The road from Taskent east to the intersection with the main road is a dusty gravel road and leads largely through facilities for gravel - our narrow racing tires have survived this harmless, but for road bikes to recommend this road is not.
