The Schleiter Dreieck is the oldest natural race track in Germany.
The Buchhübel has always had the best view of the racetrack. Start and finish, the Buchhübel curves and even the Seng are partially visible. Grandstand tickets there were hard to get hold of in GDR times...
The race track was shortened - the start and finish were relocated.
There has been a lot of tugging and discussion about the circuit in recent years. Pity!
