The church in Milow is a rectangular field stone building with a barrel-vaulted north sacristy and a nave-wide west tower with a barrel-vaulted ground floor from the 2nd half of the 13th century. The portals and the ogival windows, on the east side as a group of three, are still in their original form. The square tower tower in plastered brick was built in the 18th century.
The pulpit altar is from the 17th century, the barriers from the 18th century. The organ on the gallery is a Grüneberg organ from 1897. It was restored in 2007. In the stone wall of the churchyard there is a brick portal with a round arched passage from the 16th century.
