There is no footbridge or moor here.
This is the Spitzbuben hiking trail!!
This highlight makes absolutely no sense, pretending that this path is easily accessible by bike.
Perhaps the creators of such highlights should consider that not every cyclist is a squeaky-cheek person and is completely safe on their bike.
This hiking trail is 50-70 cm wide. If two hikers meet, one of them has to go into the bushes. If two groups of cyclists meet here, it's chaos. Combine that with a mountain bike and hikers.

"Bispingen Cycle Route 7" – that's what the map says. And I'm anything but a mountain biker; I ride relatively slowly on my city/trekking bike and get off when it gets too much for me.
I managed the Spitzbubentrail without any problems. There was not a soul in sight (in July, so not exactly peak season!!).
I had a blast, and I would do it again anytime.
You actually won't find a footbridge into the moor here.
