Not a trail, just a whale path, but it is quite bucking.
You don't actually meet any pedestrians there and the path flows really nicely.
At the end I would turn left over a small piece of field onto Uhlendahlweg and shoot down the still.
Together you have about 30 seconds of flowing, somewhat rough forest path with at least 40 kmh.
