Museum in the former municipal brewery in Fuchsstadt, where beer was brewed for the last time in 1965. Everyday items that were needed to make beer: the bricked-in copper brewing kettle, the mashing vat and the agitator, the cooling vessel, the huge fermentation barrels in the cellar and various small devices. Since the brewing law is still valid today, beer could theoretically be brewed again after the equipment has been repaired.

On May 1, 1978, the previously independent municipality was incorporated into the Stadtlauringen market.[1]
Like Altenmünster, Fuchsstadt is located in the immediate vicinity of Lake Ellertshäuser. The village is located about six kilometers southeast of Stadtlauringen.
