The World Trade Center Transportation Hub is a transportation hub in the Financial District of Manhattan where you can transfer from the PATH to the New York City subway system. After the attacks on September 11th, this area was completely destroyed. Reconstruction work began quickly and the crowning achievement was the opening of the distinctive above-ground part of the complex called Oculus in March 2016.
The building also houses a large shopping center.

Great building, hub of the infrastructure, lots of shopping opportunities in and around the building as well as restaurants and bars. All in the heart of Manhattan in the immediate vicinity of the 9/11 Museum, One World Trade Center with Observatory, a stone's throw to the stock exchange and Battery Park and Staten Island Ferry.
