A very narrow path through a bird sanctuary, bounded on one side by an extremely steep mountain wall, on the other in the depth of the Agger - wildly romantic!

The Wilhelmsbrücke over the Agger has an eventful history - built in 1899 by the then municipality of Ründeroth, it fell victim to a flood just ten years later. Volunteer donors rebuilt the bridge on their own with the help of the beautification association.
Since then the bridge has been called “Wilhelmsbrücke”. To date, it has had to be replaced a total of three times due to damage caused by floods.

Nice place. Wanderparkplatz with useful catering in the immediate vicinity (for example, butcher snack)
