Sand track in Herxheim on which the World-Klapp will be held on June 25th, 2022.
The locals affectionately call the long-track oval the "Duwak Track". There is oval traffic on the entrance road.
For the first time, the World-Klapp will take place on a sand track (speedway).
The racetrack was professionally sandblasted with 1000 tons of granite and granulated bricks. So that many drivers can take part in the World-Klapp and the king's helicopter can land, the stretch to the long track has been extended to 1000m.
