The Heinrich Tunnel near Zweifall was operated from 1847 to 1866. The tunnel is located in the Bunten slates with conglomerates from the Gedinnian (Lower Devonian). The rocks are red and green, fine-sand siltstones that are schistose.
Iron ore was mined. A small panel explains the ore mining and hammer mills in the region.
