The Heidemoore nature reserve is a flooded area from spring to summer with many birds passing through to the south. The countless frogs enjoy their life and reproduction in this swampy area. At the end of summer the water dries up and the ponds that remain are overgrown with algae and aquatic plants. The habitat for the birds and frogs is decreasing.
