You can get there probably the fastest from the village of Ropki, first along the yellow trail and then, instead of towards Biała Skała, you should go straight and go down first through the forest and then along the dirt road to Bieliczna.

After reaching Lackowa, you can also go down the red trail towards the Pulaski Pass and turn left into a forest road at the sign in the tree (white arrow and the letter "B").
