There is something going on at the market place in Wernigerode. On the one hand, there are of course plenty of restaurants and cafes - perfect for a little break and to strengthen before it goes up in the direction of Brocken. But here are the sights of the small town on the edge of the Harz together. There would be the old city wall, the "smallest house", the "crooked house" or the Nicolaiplatz very close.
