Mutenin / German Muttersdorf a village in the southwest of Bohemia.
The place name Mutenin comes from the founder of the place Mutina from Bukovec.
Mutenin became Muttersdorf through German settlers.
After the Germans were expelled from Czechoslovakia, returned to Mutenin from 1945 to 46.
The Church of St. Bartholomew was built in 1707 in the Romanesque style. A renovation would be needed. At the entrance to the village is the cemetery with the crypt chapel of the Wiedersbergers, as well as a memorial stone for the expellees from the Muttersdorf region.
Somewhat hidden, south of Mutenin, is the Jewish cemetery.
The railway station of the Domazlice - Tachov line is 2 km to the east.
At the exit towards Hostau there is a very beautiful Nepomuk column.
