Geba is a village with 78 inhabitants in the Thuringian Rhön on the Gebabergs plateau at about 670 m above sea level. NN.

The place belonged to the old property of the County of Henneberg and was in noble hands when the Counts of Henneberg-Schleusingen died out in 1583, including the jurisdiction of lower jurisdiction, but belonged to the Amt of Maßfeld after the sovereignty.
