The Vallivona sinkhole (1100 meters above sea level) in Sanza is the photograph of the geological nature of the Cervati massif, showing the typical morphology of a karst environment rich in sinkholes and springs. The sinker of Vallivona, a crossing cave about 500 meters long that can be traveled with the help of flashlights. Once inside the sinkhole the scenery is amazing, you get the perception of its size, its elliptical shape and the high naturalistic value of the plant environment.
