The perfect place to clear your head. The west beach stretches over 14 kilometers to the northernmost tip of the Fischland-Darß-Zingst peninsula. Due to its wildness and seclusion, it has been declared one of the most beautiful beaches in Germany and Europe several times.
The west beach is located in the Western Pomerania Lagoon Area National Park. You can only get to the beach on foot, by bike or by carriage. One reason why the beach is not overcrowded despite its beauty. The north beach in Prerow is better for swimming.translated by
