With "Glück zu", the old miller's greeting, we warmly welcome all visitors and look forward to your interest. In addition to the post mill in Wettmar, the Erdholländermühle "Paula" in Steinhude and the Gallerie-Holländermühle in Wichtringhausen, our mill is one of only four historical windmills in the Hanover region that are still in operation and still in operation. Even if we try to provide you with all the relevant information and answer your questions, we would like to invite you to take a look at our beautiful mill in person as soon as our lives are no longer shaped by Corona. Unfortunately, this year we had to cancel all dates for the time being, which otherwise determine our "year of effort": The new season actually begins with the mill day at the end of March. Our mill festival, which traditionally takes place on Whit Monday, unfortunately goes into the compulsory break again, as the preparation requires a lot of effort and makes spontaneity in the implementation impossible. Nevertheless, we hope to be able to hold our baking days again in the historic bakery nearby in summer. You should not miss this. On these days we also offer personal tours with one of our milling professionals. Whichever you choose, a visit to the Dudenser post mill is definitely worth a little trip!
