An eerily beautiful memorial for the dramatic deterioration of traffic infrastructure is the birch grove, which was created between the railway tracks and signal boxes of the former freight yard. While the traffic jams on the surrounding highways and freeways, here is a ghostly calm returned. It will be interesting to see how the use of this gigantic area will develop in the future.
