Just gorgeous 😍. However, you should consider that it could be a bit chilly, and better take a jacket or sweater with you. You can still undress 😉

This is not a laurel forest. They are centuries-old heather trees. Known here in Germany as max. knee-high heather. The wood is extremely hard and grows slowly. Grows up to 15m tall.

Fairytale-like and mystic-like that is the cloud forest in the national park, is also often cited as laurel forest, but no matter it is always meant the forest. Popular hiking area, the Garajonay National Park in the Canary Island of La Gomera has a size of 3,984 hectares and is the largest contiguous evergreen wet forest in the world. Well signposted hiking trails contribute to the pure hiking experience. Here is something for everyone, length and difficulty of the paths. However, you should note that you have appropriate clothing. Can be quite fresh and wet here!
