From the ski stadium, you first go through the Partnach Gorge and then continue on to the Eckbauer. The descent is e.g. via Wamberg back to Garmisch. Many beautiful panoramic views and meadows.

This is a nice circular route if you want to visit the gorge. Great views and, as a reward, a break at the Berggasthof Eckbauer with a wonderful mountain panorama.
