    The Daisho-in Temple is one of the most important temples of Shingon Buddhism. It is located at the foot of Mt. Misen, where founder "Kobo Daishi" on the island "Miyajima" practiced Buddhism for the first time.From the temple grounds of Daisho-in, a hiking trail leads to the summit of Mount Misen, where there are several other temple halls. The climb takes about 1.5 hours.
