It's just great fun to cycle here. At the edge of the forest, there is a lovely little rest area where you can take a break (for 1-2 people). Unfortunately, there is no direct connection here, so you have to turn right at the road to get to Prenden. It is the best route in the area and should be preferred to the extremely poor hiking trail near Strehlesee if you cycle normally - mountain bikers obviously have different standards in terms of what is possible and the fun factor.
