    A fantastic road climb from Widecombe in the Moor to the south up to join the main moorland road to Moretonhampstead.

    While this valley is littered with clues to its ancient past, including the settlements at Grimspound and Challacombe, the farm here today is leading the way in rewilding great swathes of the moorland for the benefit of nature.
