Here at 887 meters altitude is one of the two main sources. In Kulmbach, the White Main and the Red Main then merge and continue on their way as Main.

From the Weissmain spring it goes over a beautiful, luscious root and rock trail to the Weissmainfelsen. Up there you have a great view of Schneeberg and Ochsenkopf.
