The start of this wonderful circular hike through the floodplains along the Rur already gives a perfect impression of this local recreation area. The second part through the Burgau Forest with Burgau Castle is in no way inferior. You are in the middle of nature and yet the residential areas are also close by. There are always benches and other nice places to linger; ideal for a picnic or just to relax.
