In the territory of Bagni di Lucca, near the town of Cocciglia, you will find these limestone gorges magnificently carved into the rock. Flowing impetuously below is the Lima torrent, whose waters increase as the snowfields melt.
To feed them, however, there are also underground springs, which create tortuous structures, crossed by eddies and eddies, so much so that, over time, legends and tales about this stretch of river were born spontaneously. Some say that the Dragon Regulus is hiding under these rocks, others that the gates of hell are here.
