The top of Alpe Tre Potenze can be reached via the three paths which respectively run along the east ridge towards the Foce di Campolino, the west ridge towards the Passo d'Annibale and the north ridge towards Mount Gomito. At the east pre-summit or at the base of the north ridge you can take the path to reach Black Lake.

Alpe Tre Potenze is the main peak of the Val di Luce - Abetone area. The summit can be reached by following the beautiful ridge from the Hannibal Pass: on clear days, the sea view is guaranteed! In the snow and ice route, the use of crampons is mandatory, while the descent to the Bivacco Lago Nero is only to be covered with settled snow. Consult the avalanche bulletin.
