The Büsenbachtrail initially runs very fast over gravel. Once in the valley, it's over a small bridge in the uphill on the horse's head. There it goes again steeply downhill along the stream. The best that this small heathland has to offer!

The tour to the horse's head and through the Büsenbach valley is always worth seeing. If you come from the back of the forest through the B3 you have a great descent to the brine of the horse head. Once at the top, you can descend steeply at the back and then keep right in the forest and drive over towards Brunsberg and Höllenschlucht. A scenic combination and a challenging change between ascent and descent :)
