The chapel is located in Ehreshoven between the Ehreshoven I dam and the Kastor suspension bridge at the end of the western branch of the street Am Weidenbach near the dam.
In the chapel, which is made of quarry stone, there is a simple altar made of quarry stone. There is a cross above the altar. The interior walls are whitewashed. On the gable roof of the building there is a roof turret with a bell hanging from it.
