This small village is home to Germany's largest fieldstone barn, built in 1881.
After 1990, the property developed into a vibrant marketplace for Mecklenburg's natural products.
The barn houses many small shops and stalls, a hotel with a restaurant, and event space for concerts and theater performances.
The products range from agricultural produce to fabrics, soaps, and candles, as well as wood and woodturning.
