In 1818, a new chapel was built according to the plans of pastor P. Marian Herzog, which was inaugurated in 1822.
The last restoration took place in 2011 by the cooperative village of Binzen, which also owns the chapel.
The copy of the miraculous image with the "Solothurn Madonna" from the 15th century is particularly worth mentioning, the original of which was brought to the Willerzell church some time ago for security reasons.
