Boats can be rented at the Goetzke boat rental marina. You can't reserve the small boats, just go there and ask, maybe wait. You have to rent the larger boats. You don't need a boat license. The boats all have a ladder so you can easily get out of the water. With the little ones you can even put the seats down to sunbathe.
