There is a ford to visit the Boschina Island. In summer you can go on foot or by bike, but you can also get there in winter when the water is low. Covering 39 hectares, the island is completely immersed in the Po. On the island there is a completely abandoned nineteenth-century villa, but the restoration of the frescoes has recently begun. It was the residence of the opera singer Maria Callas.
