The Proh Castle is located in the Novara hills, a few kilometers from Novara. It was once a place of "leisure and delights", as Francesco Sforza defined it in 1400, and today it is becoming the most important center of the brand new Cultural Park project of the Novara Hills.

The UniversiCà Foundation, which already manages the Druogno Museum Center in Val Vigezzo and the Meina Museum on Lake Maggiore, is working on the recovery and enhancement of the Proh Castle, after having received it on loan from the current owners. In addition to the Castle, the Foundation is carrying out interesting restoration works of other nearby structures to create a cultural center of the highest level, in which to offer didactic, educational and knowledge of history and the territory activities.

At the moment, the Castle can only be visited externally, because renovations are underway, which began in 2020, but it is already possible to participate in various cultural initiatives and guided excursions to discover the surroundings and the Novara hills.
