If you want to hike the steepest path to the Brocken, you can park your car in the "Am Winterbergtor" multi-storey car park and you will be right on the hiking trail, which starts directly at the multi-storey car park. Along the Kalten Bode it goes over the Teufelsstieg-Eckerlochstieg up to the Brocken. The Eckerlochstieg then leads directly to the Brockenstrasse. This leads directly to the Brocken plateau.
